Bangsaen Heritage Hotel

Housemaid, porter, and security are at excellent ratings.

Officers at the front desk did not give the villa as the customer requested resulting noisy roadside location (sleepless night).

The location directly across the boulevard from the beach. The staff is outstanding, friendly and professional.

The Heritage is an older convention hotel. Why not replace the worn, stained carpet? It teally makes a negative first impression. The pool deck , service, and conveniences definitely need attention. The Breakfast buffet is awedome.

The hotel had a stunning area surrounded by amazing nature

There were a lot of mosquitoes. No lift.

Location is good

Room was really not good and it have so many mosquitoes and looks like 1 start room . Bathroom was also very old and not good condition.

Location and room size

Last day water was coming brown with what appears to be mud. They did not do anything about it until I checked out the next day and the clerk didn’t even understand what I was saying and said “everything ok, thank you”

Fair

I was quite disappointed. The accommodation is located far from the main area, and some in-room amenities were lacking for example, there was no hair dryer. Surprisingly, other hotels with lower prices offered better facilities. However breakfast are good .

Not much - it was unimpressive

The two bedroom villa was not worth the price. Basic bathrooms, balcony with basic furniture and overall worn looking rooms - a lot of dings and scrapes.

The property was really nice, had a room in the villa. Idk style but still really nice. Was very relaxing. Room may seem small but you have your own area outside the room as well. Was really nice, will be back next year with my whole family

Nothing all good

Staff and service are so good. The location is perfect for Bangsean10 running event. The golf cart is standby from front desk to villa.

The villa is old. The facilities in the bathroom are broken e.g. faucet head is detached, no curtains in shower area, the insect on the bed.

The hotel has a reception line with steps where you put your feet. Feels a bit like passing through immigration at airport. It's all very official and distinctly lacking in reception. The swimming pool is great but they like to harass their customers into buying the correct attire, but only when it suits them. This night was the night we extended our stay and the night before I checked they knew and what a surprise they knew and had us scheduled to move rooms. Basically the reception is awful but get past that pain point and it's a nice hotel.

As above.

Truly bad experience with pet friendly $200 run-down villa! Rat was found hiding in the room behind fridge. Rat poop was all around even on the bed. It was not worth it at all!

The location is great. Most Facilities are kept up good. Good coffee shop.

Staff doesn't help much even though I was a returning customer. No concierge to help with the baggage. The water in the shower room smell very bad. The towel is very old and was torn easily. Change of meeting facility wasn't notify in advance.

Very poor

Insect in room. Not clean. Too old. Too expensive prepare to quality

Staff friendly, breakfast good.

Many mosquitos in the living room and bedroom when we arrive. Spend a lot of time to kill them. Aircon leaking and bathroom sink clogged

The room was really spacious and really clean. The balcony is ridiculously big and suit for hanging out.

Compared to the room itself, the bathroom quite small and not that great. The water pressure was too low and water heater is not working properly.

Poor

Staying in a two bedroom villa. No shower curtain in the bathroom. No place to hang bathroom towel in the bathroom. Air cond in one of the bedroom is barely working.

good location. rich breakfast. nice staff. big pool.

size of the villa-room.

Good location

Many mosquitoes Careless staff

Pool, gym location

Rooms were basic for a stated superior roomVery expensive !

The bungalows are quite dated. They look about 20 years old not what I expected from a four star resort.
